Every Sunday night we bring to you the winners and losers from the day in football.
Derek Carr – Oakland Raiders – 43.8 points
Overtime always done wonders for your fantasy score. Derek Carr came through with a monster game, 40 for 59 passing for 513 yards and 4 touchdowns including the game winner to Seth Roberts with a minute left in overtime.
Amari Cooper – Oakland Raiders – 23.3 points
Cooper was the main beneficiary of the huge day from Carr as he caught 12 passes for a career high 173 yards and a touchdown.
Jonathan Stewart – Carolina Panthers – 22 points
How many people were told to sit Stewart this week because he had a bad matchup? Stewart keeps proving doubters wrong and ran for 95 yards and a 2 touchdown, good for 22.9 points. In his two games coming back from injury he has 20.5 and 22.9 fantasy points.
Aaron Rodgers – Green Bay Packers – 41.8 points
Rodgers would much rather have the actual win then show up in the winners column but he was impressive again, 28 for 38 for 246 yards and 4 touchdowns. And he also added 60 yards on the ground.
Russell Wilson – Seattle Seahawks – 9.2 points
In what was supposed to be a terrific matchup, Wilson went 22-34 for 253 yards and a pick. Only 3 rushes for 11 yards.
T.Y. Hilton – Indianapolis Colts – 2 points
Hilton left the game briefly with a hamstring injury but returned and only caught 1 pass for 2o yards in the game.
Julio Jones – Atlanta Falcons – 2.9 points
This is now Julio’s third game under three points. He has been over 12.6 in the other five games. Matt Ryan isn’t forcing him the ball if he’s being doubled and it’s working for the Falcons team, just not for Julio’s fantasy value.
